The owner was very attentive and recommended Thursdays thru Saturday for the time when the freshest ingredients are delivered. We lucked out by coming for dinner on a Friday. Everything on the menu is simply at a different level! Highly recommend!
For dinner, I ordered the chefs choice menu, and the selection was particularly excellent. The nigiri was really delicious, and the chefs explanations and recommendations for the order of eating made it even more enjoyable. The special rolls were also delicious.
We got the JJ roll, hawaiian albacore roll, orange dragon roll, spider roll, and jalepeno roll for dinner. Everything was awesome. The fish tastes super fresh as well.
